About the event
This recurring speaking symposium delve into various subjects from the perspectives of academia, design, and industry.
The theme, Slow Making, is dedicated to exploring the importance of thoughtfulness in a capitalist context. This includes an emphasis on craftsmanship, mindful use of materials, and respect for natural ecosystems.
Slow making aligns with “Slow Down” which is the official theme of this years Copenhagen Architecture Biennale 2025 (CafX). As part of the biennale, maker is participating with a pavilion titled ‘Textile Topography’, an installation which is opening to the public the same evening.
