Return Policy
You may cancel your ticket and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the workshop, course or event date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
If the workshop, course or event is cancelled by us or our partner, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

To participate in the workshop, course or event, you must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified.
The workshop, course or event is organised and delivered by the instructor in collaboration with maker. Both parties are jointly responsible for the quality and content of the event.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to actively participate and contribute to a positive and respectful environment during the workshop, course or event.
Your ticket includes the items and materials listed under the "What's Included" section on the event page.

When you purchase a ticket, we collect your name and email address.
We use this information solely to send you practical information regarding the workshop, course or event. If you have opted in to receive our newsletter, we will also use your email address for that purpose.
Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties unless required by law. You can request to have your data deleted at any time by contacting us.
