About the workshop
Learn the basics of clothes-making and garment transformation by upcycling an old shirt. You’ll be in safe hands, as the workshop will be hosted by designer Maja Brix, founder of Maja Brix label.
In this three-hour, beginner-friendly workshop, we will work with second-hand shirts as a starting point, with the aim of learning the basics of clothes-making. No prior experience is needed. This is a space for experimentation, curiosity, and hands-on making.
The focus is on learning, experimenting and getting familiar with the process. You may not leave with a finished garment, but you will leave with new skills, practical experience and a better understanding of how existing materials can be transformed and reworked.
