Ungesporet
2025 – 2027
Ungesporet i LITRA is a two-year initiative designed to strengthen young people’s creative capacity, confidence, and access to creative communities.
Through open lab days, workshops, courses, in-depth specialist sessions, and talent programmes, young people aged 16 to 30 gain the opportunity to learn new crafts, design methods, and production techniques, and become part of a diverse environment in Jernbanebyen.
The project combines learning, practice, and community to give young people the courage to create — both for themselves and for society.
About the activities
In the spirit of ‘slow’, the pavilion will not only serve space for these workshops, but is designed as a shared space, for long table dinners, cultivating plants and hosting indoor-outdoor activities, hopefully for a long time to come.

Activities Overview

Through Symposiums, we gather voices, designers and thinkers to share ideas, inspiration, and reflections on how making can drive social and environmental change.

A set of workshops which introduces traditional skills like weaving, paper-making or furniture upholstering, with the guidance of a selected designer who specialise in the area.
Will be held for the general public and together with schools/institutions. -
Offers low-barrier access to LITRA where participants can explore tools, materials, and techniques side by side with others. Each session will focus on creating with the use of one specific tool.

The Talent Program supports a select group of young creators with mentorship, workspace, and the chance to present their projects publicly.

For those ready to dive deeper, Specialist Sessions bring small groups together with professionals to prototype, experiment, and learn across disciplines - focused on a specific area.

A concluding event will be held with 50–100 participants from youth-oriented sectors such as music, art, democracy, and culture.
Project support
Ungesporet runs from Nov. 2025 to Jul. 2027 and is supported with DKK 3,5 million by Tuborgfondet.
