About the workshop
Learn the basics of clothes-making and garment transformation by upcycling an old shirt. You’ll be in safe hands, as the workshop will be hosted by designer Maja Brix, founder of Maja Brix label.
In this in-depth beginner-friendly workshop, we will work with second-hand shirts as a starting point, with the aim of learning the basics of clothes-making and garment transformation. No prior experience is needed. The full-day format gives you more time to experiment, ask questions, develop your idea, and work towards a more finished piece.
The focus is on learning, experimenting and getting familiar with the process, but the longer format gives you a better opportunity to develop your idea and work towards a finished garment.
